Senior years or stage is one of the stage that people cannot skip unless they die young. No matter what remedy one will do just to stay young, one day, old age will creep in and there is no other way out but to face it and live it like how it is supposed to be.  But this should not be a burden for many people because old age will really happen and will be experienced by many. The common thing that happens is that seniors are normally sent to home for the aged to spend their life there. They have a lot to accomplish with this kind of set up actually and they won’t feel a bit that they are already old.

Again, aging does not need to be a lonely process or a difficult part of life. Actually, aging is one of the highlights of life too.
